•  Where your meeting will be held
•  Date and time
•  How many members in the group.

I'll do my best to attend by speakerphone or in person if I happen to be in your city at the time. If scheduling makes it impossible, I'll answer your group's email questions in time for your meeting. Even if I can't be there in person to sign your books, I'll send a personally signed bookplate for each member.
